About me

After seven years of working alongside my husband Thomas in our joint company MöglichZeiten GbR, this website marks a new beginning. During that time, we built a great deal and supported many people. Our different areas of focus were always present – now they each have their own space.
Our shared passion for our work in South Africa remains – and of course, so does our connection as a couple. :-)
And this is where my part begins. To be honest, I looked at many coaching websites. A lot of it resonated with me. And at the same time, I realized: putting myself at the center and presenting a “sellable” version of myself didn’t feel aligned. After all, it’s about the people I work with. A photo of me should be enough, right? And that’s exactly where it was: one of my own themes. #CoachesHaveTheirOwnWorkToo
That’s precisely why I’m showing myself now. #CoachesKeepGrowingToo
Who I am
I love people and life in all its facets.
I originally come from the traditional business world: vocational training, a degree in Business Administration, an MBA—lots of structure, organization, and theory. I worked in management and HR consulting firms, led projects, developed professional development programs, and taught at the university level. My work focused heavily on development and change—even if it wasn't always explicitly called "coaching" back then. Through these diverse fields, I gained an insider's perspective on many different systems. And yes—I remain grateful to the public sector to this day. It showed me, with absolute clarity, that my natural environment is self-employment. :-)
I learned early on to take responsibility—for myself, and often for others as well. My own personal journey involved becoming more grounded within myself and finding a balance: a balance between being there for others and staying true to myself.
Then, in 2018, the time was right: I launched my own business and have since been guiding people through both individual and group processes. I am deeply grateful that people grant me permission—and place their trust in me—to step into their lives. And I love it when they courageously embark on their personal journeys, and I get to walk alongside them.
We live in the beautiful Kalletal region of East Westphalia-Lippe—surrounded by family and friends, in a village setting, close to nature. Handball—and everything that comes with such a passion—has shaped me for over 25 years and continues to do so today.
And yet, there is another side to me: South Africa. It is a place that brings a sense of spaciousness into my life and feels like a second home to me. We regularly spend time there—for both work and leisure—and the experience truly feels different there than it does in Germany. For us, the country possesses a unique energy that consistently brings us back into a state of pure being and deep presence.
My husband has been by my side for over 20 years—and we have a son. Both serve as excellent "mirrors" for me :-) and are, of course, incredibly special people in my life; with them, I am free to be exactly who I am, and together, we consistently manage to grow and evolve—even amidst stressful or challenging times.
My classic qualifications profile can be found here (PDF) – in case your mind prefers facts, figures, and credentials.
What I mean by „integral “
Nothing is excluded:
Neither the rational nor the emotional.
Neither body, psyche, nor consciousness.
Neither the individual nor the collective.
Neither the inner nor the outer.
Neither momentary states nor long-term developmental processes.
For me, this means:
Not either–or, but both–and.
No aspect is left out if it is relevant for understanding and change.
My perspective on people is shaped by awareness work, integral models, and a deep trust in development.
How I work
I don’t work with fixed concepts.
I work with what is there. With what shows up – in conversation, in the body, in thoughts.
I bring in structure and methods where they are helpful.
And I hold space where depth is needed.Open, curious, genuinely interested.
And sometimes with humor.Coaching is a good fit if you want to work in a resource- and future-oriented way.
I know my limits and name them clearly – especially where therapeutic support would be more appropriate.
