Relationship Coaching
Relationship isn’t a wellness retreat – but it doesn’t have to be a survival trip either!
I could now serve your relationship problem to you on a silver platter so you think, “Exactly! That’s us!” But honestly: relationship issues are endless. I could start with “arguing about the trash,” “family gathering or night out,” or “not enough sex,” and so on… But you already know best where things feel off. ;-) And those aren’t the real issues anyway – even if they’re currently costing you a lot of time and energy.
In relationships, we often don’t just react to the present moment, but also to past experiences that run deep. Old wounds unconsciously shape our behavior, making us react more intensely or more withdrawn than the situation actually calls for. When you reach the point where you begin to understand what is truly at work within you, things between you naturally become calmer and clearer.
And only then can love find its place again. Because love doesn’t just need calm – it also needs courage: the courage to allow closeness, to show yourself, and to set boundaries – while still staying connected.
My offering? A space where you can feel safe. Where your nervous system can settle, so it becomes clearer: what is real danger, and what is a false alarm? A space where you can simply be – without drama, without a relationship “inspection,” without a to-do list. A space where you allow yourselves to be honest and authentic. Not to be confused with: saying everything that comes to mind.
And this is also where it becomes clear: there is no single goal. Some want to find their way back to each other. Others want to understand if and how to move forward together. And others want to learn how to feel themselves more clearly within the relationship.
Couples coaching is therefore not only for romantic partners. It is for anyone in relationship with one another – and willing to look more consciously. What matters is not what your situation looks like, but what you want to change.
Process

After a non-binding initial conversation, you begin with a starter package:
One individual session per partner and one joint session. This creates space for your individual perspectives – and for what is at play between you.
Based on this, you decide whether to leave it at this initial impulse or move into a deeper process:
The package repeats this structure three times – allowing for greater depth, understanding, and real change in your relationship. The timing of the sessions is tailored to suit you.
